I forgot mention that I based my work on https://code.google.com/p/londonwicket/source/browse/trunk/Apps/Gallery/src/main/java/org/londonwicket/cropper/CroppableImage.java (very good code)
Funniest thing is that I wrote this component in 2 days and next 2 days I fought with IE issues :).
