In order to streamline our release process, I am curious if anyone downloads the binary distributions we prepare with every release. The reason is that Apache projects in principle only publish source code, for the public good, endorsed by a Project Management Committee (PMC), and governed by strict foundation-wide policies. So the binaries are non-official releases in Apache terms, but merely for convenience (so you don't have to build from source).
We have: A - source distribution (apache-wicket-10.11.0.zip) B - binary distribution (apache-wicket-10.11.0-bin.zip), also known as convenience binaries M - maven packages (everything that goes to maven central), also convenience binaries and source jars Does anyone use A, B and/or M? Thanks for providing your insights. Martijn
