Good news !!! I've successfully upgraded, in a test machine, following the guidelines on http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/AdminGuide/Installation#HInstallingtheXWikiWARmanually plus some other details (port change, some missing plug-ins and no templates migration).
