I used the windows installer but installed it over an existing installation (1.3). In between i played a little bit around and removed the old directory (saved DB before), made a new install with default Wiki and copied by DB back. After this it seems to work now...
Is it always necessary to remove the whole dir for new installation? If you need some more information I can probably get the same result on my laptop at home.
