Hi, after a network analysis it turned out that one of the active directory servers in the pool was not responding and the load balancer didn't recognice it. If anyone has got the same problem (random login problems), I recommend to try out your connection with a LDAP-Browser (which helped us already a lot with xwiki in the past) and with ping and maby do it in a loop and log the results.
