target attribute is not valid XHTML 1.0 strict, as our doctype says, therefore, in order to get the same effect, we used to have a piece of javascript that transformed all rel="_<anything>" into target="<anything>", after the page was loaded. I will investigate the reasons for which this piece of javascript was removed and the means to create a link which would open in a new window, while keeping the page valid, to fix the link wizard.
