The problem you're meeting looks a lot like the one encountered by Aaron
Digulla, see:

Basically for the time being you will have to force new pages to be created
in XWiki 1.0 syntax, see:

http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/AdminGuide/Configuration#HConfiguringWikiSyntaxesanddefaultSyntax

We're actively working on fixing these issues before XWiki Enteprise 2.0
goes live.
