Theses shortcuts are supposed to be enabled by default. For example
when you type "o" on a page you goes to object edition. See
http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Features/KeyboardShortcuts

It mostly depends of the keyboard usually used with the language your
are translating I guess. For example using shortcut like "o" with a
Chinese keyboard would probably be a pain.
