Hi Lizard,
Are you sure you are not running Apache Httpd (in a WAMP or XAMPP bundle) or
any other server listening on that port?
You can check if 8080 is in use by running this program
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897437.aspx
What version of XWiki Enterprise have you downloaded?
Let us know what you find out after this check.
