Figured it out - Resaving /bin/XWiki/GoogleAnalyticsCode as a user with programming rights fixed the issue. LDAP had been turned on and off several times on that subwiki, and at some point the preferences page must have been saved by an account with local admin privileges, but not programming rights on the farm.
