From the image it looks like this document is a "copy" of Main.AllDocs document which we provide by default. So you should check if /xwiki/bin/view/Main/AllDocs works fine. If it does then it probably means that someone copied Main.AllDocs to Main.allpages and modified the code. You need to check the differences to understand why Main.allpages doesn't work.
