Thanks for your answer, I have maybe something wrong with my setup : The watchlist and mail notifications have always worked correctly in xwiki, but not in the forum application (blog, faq and wiki pages work and send a notification each time the are updated). Moreover, the search function didn't work either on the forum (maybe this two issues are linked ?).
I have developped a workaround with a custom EventListener for the notification.
