The hierarchy did not really changed by the breadcrumb is based on different data by default. You should take a look at http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/ReleaseNotes/ReleaseNotesXWiki72#HHidingoftheParent-ChildRelationship to get back previous behavior.
