I don’t have a precise answer but I’d use your browser dev tools and use CSS to find what to override. Then I’d use an SSX, see http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/DevGuide/SkinExtensionsTutorial IMO that’s better than changing the default since it’ll allow you to upgrade with less problems in the future.
