As our Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst, you'll help deliver IT business solutions, at the right time, for the right processes and in the right way (globally, consistently, efficiently, reliably and responsibly), to enable optimal performance for Retail. You'll be involved in business process design, system configuration and our functional requirements document. You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, with diverse accountabilities in a retail-specific environment. You'll also be responsible for performing system and data analysis; providing reporting and data mapping; creating context and process diagrams; documenting business requirements, functional specifications and business and system use cases; creating and executing comprehensive test plans; and working with business users to document user operating instructions. In addition, you'll influence and communicate with business partners on the vision of our retail systems, at a strategic and tactical level.
Qualifications
Requirements for the position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
- 5 years' experience in an IT environment
- 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree
- 3 years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst role, and in process design
- Prefer 2+ years' experience with retail business processes/practices and retail application systems
- Solid understanding of sales, audit, tax, stock ledger and system integration
- Experience in implementing retail ERP solutions; SAP experience is preferred
- Software Development Life Cycle methodologies experience is preferred
- Analytical, organization and communication skills, along with the ability to work with business partners, vendors and senior management
- Global experience supporting applications in the US, Europe/Africa, the Americas and/or the Asia Pacific region is a plus
