Hi, Location : Woodlawn,MD Duration : 6 Months Senior Level CICS Systems Programmer We have currently has an opening for a Senior Level CICS Specialist.Emphasis is placed on hands-on expertise involving the administration of the CICS product and CICS-related products (e.g. InterTest, BMS/TS, etc.) in a large, complex mainframe-based environment. We are looking for a motivated person who wants to work in a dynamic environment with numerous learning opportunities and challenges. Required Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or similar Experience in mainframe CICS systems programming including installation, customization, and maintenance of latest CICS Transaction Server product versions Experience in processing CICS application requests for new resource definitions (e.g. program, file, transaction, and DPL entries) Experience in installing, customizing, and maintaining various CICS-related products (e.g. BMS/TS, InterTest, TICTOC, etc.) Experience with ISPF, JCL, CLISTs, REXX, and various IBM utilities Experience in providing CICS support, troubleshooting, and documentation Ability to research complex problems and provide solutions in a timely fashion Excellent written and verbal skills Desired Skills:
