Job Description: The Application Support group resolves recurring production issues and identifies enhancements in order to improve stability and functionality of all applications and support the needs of the customers that use them. Application Support will handle tickets and issues that are escalated from the Help Desk. They will work with other teams and vendors to quickly resolve customer-impacting issues. If the issue cannot be resolved, the issue is escalated.
