We have this *Peoplesoft HCM* position open with one of our client based out of *Albuquerque**, NM*. It is a* **6 Months* contract. *Below is the complete job description.* ** * * *Position:* Peoplesoft HCM *Location: *Albuquerque, NM** *Duration: *6 Months** *Rate: *DOE** Minimum Requirements: Minimum of three (3) years experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications and a minimum of two (2) PeopleSoft 9.0 HCM upgrades or implementations. Needs to have experience working with the following modules.... PeopleSoft HRMS, Benefits, Payroll, eBenefits (Talent Acquisition Management). Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements. Description: Milestones for the upgrade include the development of a detailed project plan and other plans to accomplish the tasks. A Fit-Gap Analysis has already been performed and information from that analysis will be available on-site at Sandia National Labs. Will be training their staff and performing the 9.0 upgrade. Review current production system (PeopleSoft HRMS, Benefits, Payroll, eRecruit (Talent Acquisition Management) applications in conjuction with Sandia's HR staff and their HRIS staff. Review fit/gap analysis as it applies to each module of PeopleSoft HRMS, Benefits, Payroll, and eRecruit (Talent Acquisition Management). Develop project plans and associated plans. Provide recommendations for removing customizations currently in PeopleSoft version 8.9 by adopting functionality provided in version 9.0. Implement approved recommendations. Develop a test plan to test all the changes. Develop and conduct an organizational readiness review. Implement PeopleSoft version 9.0 in development, quality, and production environments. All required tasks will be completed in a knowledge transfer environment. eRecruit has a perecentage of customizations along with a lesser amount of customizations for HRMS and Benefits with virtually no customizations for Payroll. They plan to recuce customizations when they upgrade to PeopleSoft version 9.0. *DELIVERABLES * Complete Detailed Project Plan. Complete Set up/Configuration plan for PeopleSoft 9.0 upgrade. Complete Data conversion plan for PeopleSoft 9.0 upgrade. Stand up Development instance with configuration plan for PeopleSoft 9.0. Complete test plan for PeopleSoft 9.0 upgrade. Customizations applied to development PeopleSoft 9.0 instance.
