*Position: BA with SOA Governance** **Start: ASAP * *Location: **Boston**, MA.**,* *Duration: 12 Months ** * *Rate: $40/hr(al Inc.) ** * *Business Analyst: SOA Governance, Boston, MA., 12 months, Will require in person interview after successful phone screen* *Responsibilities* * * · Identify, collect and implement design-time and run-time Governance policies using the HP suite of Service Governance Tools · Security policies · Accessibility policies · Adherence to SOA standards · Create and manipulate basic XML documents · Identify and document business needs and processes · Interview and understand existing business processes · Capture and document requirements · Analysis and documentation of proposed business processes *Qualifications:* Required: · Demonstrated ability to translate business rules and workflows into technical policies · Ability to work with business and technical groups to build common understanding of how business rules and technical policies correlate with each other · Ability to review existing enterprise and departmental policies and standards for applicability to Governance opportunities · Proficient at office tools such as word processing, spreadsheets and producing simple reports and presentations. · Familiarity with XML.
