Responsibilities would include investigation and remediation of Production problems, analyzing the results of processing. Track and monitor batch and online events providing 24/7 processing support coverage for these enterprise level applications. Work with the development community and downstream systems to support User Acceptance testing initiatives. *Non-technical skills:* Good English language skills, both written and oral. Good Organizational Skills. Have a basic understanding of Finance. The ability to multitask projects, follow procedures with good decision making skills along with the intuitiveness to know when to escalate issues.
