Location: LA, CA

 

Duration: 6 months

 

IT PROJECT SUPPORT ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

 

The following are the key criteria SCE IT is looking for in a project support analyst:

• Effectively communicate ideas and analysis verbally, visually, and in writing with project, program, and senior management                                                                         
• Personality and working in a team environment is a MUST                                            

• Manage the preparation of the program summary schedules, status reports & related metrics, meeting minutes, statement of work, and project documents for management and key stakeholder groups                                                                          
• Actively monitor and follow up on project deliverables as well as managing action items, issue log, and risk log

• Understanding and experienced going through Software Development Life Cycle                 
• Experiences in managing Lotus Notes calendars and proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Project                                                            
• Working experience  in large enterprises especially in IT projects is a major PLUS                                                                                                                                                   
• Experiences in SAP Project and Portfolio Management a plus
