Role: To provide project management and support to a Sr. Director and Sr. Manager who are responsible for an organization with a global scope.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance as required helping maximize the manager*s contribution to the company.
* Support the manager in organizing all the logistic aspects of the regular Leads meetings, and other activities as required.
* Filtering and directing communications/enquires as appropriate/managing action items.
* Responsible for Management, issue resolution and on time delivery of selected departmental projects.
* Ensure protection of confidential information at all times.
* Special Projects Coordination (e.g. web content management and development, help with presentation creation, collecting information to supports specific project deliverables/timelines)

Skills required:

Project Management:
* Strong Project Management Skills
* Should have led and managed several Projects in his/her career
* Should have strong experience in understanding PM terms, phrases etc well and be able to deliver, handle any new project delegated and put together a plan to execute delegated projects
* Should be able to lead and guide teams through right and specific agendas in meetings etc., so that the results are achieved as per agendas in each meeting
* Technical kills: Good expertise in Excel reporting.
* VBA is good to have

Organizational & Communication skills:
* Organization: excellent organizational and administrative skills. Able to manage complex projects which affect the organization as well as day to day personal and business administration
* Interpersonal & Communication Skills: strong communication skills required to communicate with people at all levels within the organization using different communication techniques as appropriate. Engage and interact with others effectively to promote a productive working environment; adapting readily to accommodate individuals, groups, situations, styles and cultures using different communication techniques as appropriate.
* Decision Maker: Exercises good judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions or making recommendations.
* Team Player: Facilitates decision-making at the executive level that affects the organization and the bottom line. Open communication and ability to develop working relationships with all the Team members.
* Cultural Awareness: understands and is able to communicate with different people from different cultures tailoring behavior and style to ensure a positive outcome at all times.
* Proactive: Takes the initiative to go beyond the scope of their role to champion ideas and produce results. Acts timely and delivers high quality, understands sense of urgency associated with time dependent tasks, double checks work for accuracy and catches errors before work is released, anticipates problems before they happen and takes early actions to prevent occurrence, anticipates clients needs and proactively provides help for client. Meets all commitments on time or early.
* Technical Knowledge MS Office Suite experience of and ability to learn bespoke workflow systems, VBA for reporting
* Confidentiality: Able to work with confidential information.

Administrative:
* Reporting/System Support: gain familiarity with client support tools and systems to produce Excel based reports, web based reports, quarterly status reports, ppt presentation support
* Client and Team Documentation
(e.g. keep up to date meeting schedules, agendas and minutes, efficient and organized calendars, managed and prioritized communications)
* Client Online Forms
(e.g. HR management forms, purchase requisitions for goods and services, expense reimbursement)
* Provide Administrative Support
(e.g. coordinates calendars for meeting arrangements, supports meetings logistics and communications, regular status meetings with manager)
