(Note: this is not an IT PM role. This is more business oriented).
Project Management/Business Operations
Work Product
1. Project Manager for a Business Operations function (Chief of Staff) to a Director.
2. Support Director of Integrated Services Delivery IT on Business Operations Responsibilities
3. Manage the IT Sr. Staff Meetings (L1s) meeting calendar, agenda, notes and action items
4. Follow-Up on action items for Sr. IT Staff
5. Coordinate meetings and gather material to support delivery of OPS Review and Leadership presentations
6. Provide input to the Communications and Org Adoption Plan
7. Support management of knowledge repository
8. Provide updated content to the IT website working with IT Leaders
Deliverables:
Manage the IT Operations Calendar with milestones for Staff Meetings, OPS reviews, ePM deadlines
Oversee and stay aligned to the Communications Calendar planned by the Communications Mgr.
Setup regular Sr. staff Meetings and create a ongoing plan for managing Agenda topics. Work with Managers in IT Director's staff to get the necessary topics added.
Manage the staff meeting to timeline and track and monitor progress to action items that result from the meeting.
Gain familiarity and ramp up on collaboration tools used within the team such as WebEx Meetings, Connect Space, Outlook Calendar and Websites on CEC.
Create action plans for major events that need to occur for team
Participate in all across IT teams Business Operations integration meetings as it relates to change management, communication, operations planning etc.
Follow-Up on action items for Sr. IT Staff
Coordinate meetings and gather material to support delivery of OPS Review and Leadership presentations
Provide input to the Communications and Org Adoption Plan
Support management of knowledge repository
Provide updated content to the IT website working with IT Leaders
Create and manage the Organizational Alignment plan on integrating into the larger CSSD teams, TS business and other IT stakeholders.
Follow-Up on action items for Sr. IT Staff
Manage announcement for Qtr end preparations, work closely with Practice and development managers to understand the escalation chain for issues and update the Director
Plan ongoing Financials and HR updates are making into the Sr. Staff meetings. Drive action resolution through follow-up.
Manage the Organizational Alignment plan on integrating into the larger teams
