Dear Partners, We need Techno-Functional folks who are strong both in Business Analysis/Reporting as well as strong core working experience in SQL Server Management Location: San Jose, CA In-person interviews required in San Jose, Ca Rates: $40/hr Role: Data Analyst Key Skills/Experience SQL knowledge Strong ability in Business Analysis Extensive Reporting and Q/Q Support Data Analyst – Techno-Functional position Dual competencies: We need strong expertise both in Business Analysis/Reporting as well as strong core working experience in SQL Server Management SQL and Reporting Automation Solid background in SQL Server database management as well as Business Analysis & Reporting Responsibilities will include: Centralized Data Management – Serves as the single source of truth for data to the operations teams Data Gathering – Creates processes for importing data into localized databases using proven methodologies Data Analysis and Integrity – Works with multiple teams to insure data integrity and consistency Reporting– Analysis and gathering of requirements needed to set appropriate SLA, design, implement, Q/A and deliver adhoc and standard reports Reporting Automation – Analysis and gathering of requirements required for automation and streamline report requests. Includes parameter-driven, connections, macros, sql and db coding · Standardized Reports – Complete and distribute standardized reports to Satisfy daily, weekly, & monthly adhoc and reoccurring report requests · Project Requests – Carries out all aspects of full project life cycle. Research and engage with key project members. Executes the SDLC with respect to the reporting domain · Q/A Support - Perform QA and UAT as needed in new initiatives, special projects and reporting databases · Operations/Distributor Support – Support all operations members and distributors with ad hoc requests Minimum requirements are: 8-10 years of work experience Proven analytical background Database design and implementation a must SQL Server database management a must TSQL a must Reporting automation approaches, best practices and methodologies a must Channels Distribution experience would be a plus · Business Requirements Gathering, documentation and communication with respect to data and reporting a must.
