*Skills Required: *

·         10+ years relevant experience in two or more of the following
areas:

·         Database Administration, RDBMS design and development, and
client/server application.

·         High volume, high transaction previous experience essential.

·         Experience with On-line, 24x7 operations is essential.

·         Experience with Oracle 10G RAC & ASM Administration required
(Solaris & Linux platforms desired)

·         Experience with Dataguard (physical and logical standby) is a
must.

·         Oracle 9i or 10g certifications strongly preferred.

·         Strong knowledge of SQL, and PL/SQL.

·         Experience designing and implementing high availability solutions
(RAC).

·         Experience with tuning and optimizing database performance (Oracle
9i and/or 10G).

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Engineering, or
equivalent experience.

·         Works independently as part of a team, including cross functional
teams.

·         Interact with IT at all levels.



*Nice-to-have skills: *

·         Experience with OLAP technologies desired.

·         Teradata

·         SQL*Server 2005/2008

·         MySQL,

·         Informatica

·         Microstrategy
