Location: San Jose, CA or RTP Duration: 6 months Job Description: · Assess the significance of the change and formulate a Change Management plan for initiatives and effectively manage the plan and timeline · Document and achieve consensus on the formal business case for change including objectives, vision, and strategy as well as measures of success · Articulate a compelling value proposition for all stakeholders · Conduct stakeholder analysis · Identify sources of resistance, the root-cause issues, and designing influence strategies. Assess the commitment level of stakeholders and sponsors, and creating the desired commitment level, performing the gap analysis, and monitoring the commitment levels · Creating a “team” of change leaders within the organization to assist in the facilitation of changes · Collaborate with the different teams to create and manage a communication plan for the change · Collaborate with teams to develop effective training plans and programs to assist the Change Management program Required skills: · Knowledge of Change Management process and methodologies · 5-10 years of experience in Change Management · Executed a change initiative · Excellent communications skills Thanks, Sonali ZealTech Inc.
