TIBCO is looking urgently for a Functional TIBCO BusinessConnect resource
Location: Portland, OR
Interviews: ASAP (Phone definitely. In-person is optional at this point)

Position: TIBCO BusinessEvents (Senior Level Architect)
TIBCO is looking for an Architect or Senior Consultant with expertise level skills on this product to do installation, configuration and knowledge transfer/ mentoring to the client. So communication skills and the ability to be a self starter and independent performer is key.
Since this is not a purely business oriented role, the resource has to be primarily technical but since their responsibilities are those of Architect, I would expect them to be able to understand the implications of a business requirement on a technical solution.
Skills: TIBCO core stack + Enterprise JAVA beans + enterprise architectural skills with capacity planning, performance testing, SOA standards.
Extremely good communication skills and presentation skills.
Should be able to communicate with client and make sure client’s project is delivered well
Should have worked as a Functional Lead with top 5 consulting such as Oracle Consulting, or IBM, Bearing Point, PWC, etc (Resumes should reflect this)
