 UI  Web Developer
Location : San Francisco, CA

Type : Contract 6+ Month
 
Only Locals Needed

Qualifications:

 

· 6-10 years of web application development experience

· Fluency with front-end technologies - _javascript_, CSS, XHTML, HTML, XML/DOM

· Advanced experience developing Object Oriented _javascript_; using JSON and/or Java-style data structures and design patterns to create dynamic and stable routines and DOM objects

· Familiarity with AJAX-related libraries - e.g. Prototype, Dojo, DWR, GWT, script.aculo.us, moo.fx, etc.

· Experience with servlets, JSP, Struts/Tiles or other Java-based UI framework.

· Experience with relational databases and data access (JDBC/DAO/SQL)

· Experience developing and testing cross-browser/-platform web sites

· Experience with version control systems like Subversion and IDEs like Eclipse

· Experience with Agile software development and be able to explain the difference as compared to Waterfall development methods

· Excellent problem solving skills; meticulous & methodical

· Self-motivated team player with excellent time management and communication skills
