Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6+ months

Both phone interviews and in-person interviews necessary (in San Jose, CA)

Job Description

Minimum 12 years experience.

Extensive project and risk management experience.

Strong experience in Supply Chain

Must also be able to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional organizations both within and outside Cisco (e.g., third-party integration).

Maintain matrix of all deliverables (IT/Business), along with resources needed for successful delivery.

Coordinate activities to ensure the smooth and sustained growth and development of project lifecycle including, but not limited to, functional requirements definition and documentation, ongoing R&D activities, implementation plans necessary for new technical dependencies, and customer feedback and analysis.

Set clear metrics or measurement of success. Contribute fully as a team member, resolving conflicts, building appropriate alliances and networks and helping others.

Report on project status on a weekly/daily basis and communicate throughout various organizational levels and departments.

Escalate initiative development issues and report on issues resolution progress.

Good communication, presentation and leadership skills.

Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills.

Strong orientation to priorities set on cost, profit, and ROI.

Incorporate lessons learned for prior programs and drive closed-loop post-review.

Additional Skillsets

Large, complex ERP implementation experience; prefer Fortune 500 experience

IT Supply Chain experience

Expert PM with program management experience

MUST have prior ERP implementation experience

, preferably with Oracle Apps. The experience we are looking for is someone who has managed the process of ERP implementation from scratch and watched the Program progress atleast over a year or 2.

Ability to interact at the VP/Sr Director level across Supply Chain business
