Technical Project Manager Location: San Jose,CA Duration: 6+ months Description: · Consultant shall provide Services to organization to define the strategy and approach for CSSD IT and PMO Analysis. · Successfully lead the AS, TS & Software tracks · Managed Service by helping to develop and drive Service Delivery and Strategy that includes realignment, adoption, operations planning and execution. · Metrics and Reporting to IT team · Developed communication protocols for key stakeholders Introduced best practices for the following (a) Processes (b) Procedures (c) Policies (d) Create and Maintain SOP (standard operating procedures); · Drive Process/Service Blue Prints) - Relationships (e.g. Advisor, Business Partner, SME, Influencer) - Risk Analysis and Mitigation Plans. · Lead cross functional IT, Support, Managed Services and Business Process Teams to reengineer existing IT metrics to include cross functional collaboration and participation that will result in management and user defined reporting that are targeted to the appropriate audience · Drive Service Management compliance and excellence through collaboration with Managed Services Providers, Service Level Managers, Track Managers, PM´s and Analyst. · Creation, adoption and Development of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) · Help ITDS Managed Service Support Organization Drive a Cost Neutral Model Across CSSD Thanks, Sonali ZealTech Inc.
