Portal Project Manager/Designer/Administrator

Location: Pasadena, CA

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities

Act as as a site administrator

?R

Set up best practices for content development and maintenance

?R

Persuade all departments in PPBU for maintaining and keeping content live

?R

Create and maintain project schedule and work plans

?R

Develop process for adopting best practices

?R

Provide standard reports on content organization, usage and refresh cycles and site map

?R

Maintain content for accuracy

?R

Work with various groups to update current content on portal

??

Skills

?R

Project Management Experience

?R

Self directed and can direct others

?R

Must have 5‐8 years experience with SAP Net Weaver

or other Portals

?R

Experience with web analytics

and analytics driven process improvements

?R

Very strong knowledge of HTML,

CSS

?R

Experience as site administrator who can work with content editors

?R

Process development for portal content development and maintenance

?R

Knowledge of Document Management Systems such as OpenText LiveLink
