Project Manager/Business Analyst
? Responsibilities
? Support FTE employees in business requirements documentation development and
maintenance.
? Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to support ongoing projects
? Develop and maintain work plans and project schedule
? Support projects by performing detailed work in terms of maintaining Casewise
models for
consistency, meaning and content
? Satisfy reporting needs for project members ? IT, business, vendor
? Candidate needs to be able to interact and engage with experienced subject
matter experts
? Develop presentations and other documentation as required
? Skills
? Need 5?8 years experience in gathering business requirements
? Self directed and can direct others
? Knowledge of Electric Utility, particularly California Energy markets
preferred
? Knowledge of renewable and traditional power generation systems is required
? Knowledge of Power Costs Inc tool suite, OpenLink Endur, Sungard Entegrate,
Contraxx is
helpful
? Strong analytical skills
? Very strong oral and written communication skills required
? Familiarity with the process models
? Familiarity with structured writing techniques
? Must be a team player who works collaboratively
? Engineering or Computer Science background preferred
? Knowledge of Requisite Pro preferred
? Proficieny in MS Office ? Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Access and Project
