*PL/SQL Consultant (3 Openings***
*Location: New Hampshire *
*Duration: 6+ Months*
Basically a strong PL/SQL person with Unix and Perl scripting.
*Qualifications**:***
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS preferred
- 10+ years experience in a large technology organization specialization
on Database development, preferabaly in asset management firm like client
- Understanding of Fixed Incme domain specifically around referece data
- Experience with Oracle Database 10g or higher
- Netezza experience is a plus but not required
*Skills and Knowledge:*
- Strong communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability
to interface with multiple levels as well as building productive working
relationship in a matrix organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to challenge status quo in a respectful manner
- Objectively listen, evaluate, and help others to see the way forward
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
- Strong technical background and database engineerng skills and some
experience with application designs
- Ability to quickly synthesize ideas, options, and thoughts into
solutions to management to aid in decision making
- Highly motivated and energetic; able to juggle multiple priorities
concurrently
- Strong Data and Requirements analysis skills
- Strong data modeling and DB normalization skills including OLTP, DW &
DM
- Minimum 5+ ( 10 years desired) years of hand on development experience
in the following areas
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Informatica
- PERL
- Unix
- Autosys
