Position Description: Mid level User Interface Designer/Developer * This person will need to be able to translate business needs as well as development limitations into application layouts and navigation while considering the usability of the application. * Maintain HTML application mockups that navigate and function like the final application using dummy information. * Ability to make changes quickly to help illustrate functionality during the requirements gathering process. * Flexibility to work on multiple projects at once with multiple business and development leads. * Expert knowledge of Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Also have an understanding of finding, restyling and utilizing UI widgets (Dojo, jQuery etc.) * Excellent communicator, must be able to communicate between business customers, IT developers and IT managers * Able to recommend specific changes to effect improvements which may affect processes, roles/functions or technology while taking into account aggressive project timelines and project limitations * Must be able to work in a very fast paced, delivery focused environment * Understanding of agile development * Proven methods of collaboration with subject matter experts and process owners * Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology * Experience with a health care company is a plus * This position requires constant interaction with business analysts and requires this person to be present, in the office daily *Thanks & Best regards* RANI| Recruiter|Oberon IT 1300 W.
