Candidate should be technology-savvy and have extensive experience in eCommerce and know the value of analytics in driving web strategies. The position is accountable for the creation and delivery of both standard and ad-hoc reports, as well as the implementation of strategic, analytical analyses to support the continual improvement of the organization's consumption of critical data. The role is essential in guiding various departments in analyzing data to monitor the health of the business, identify business trends and aid in making strategic decisions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Gather and Analyze Traffic to the website, customer behavior, Different sources driving the traffic, Funnel conversion numbers etc. * Analyze all aspects of Online Marketing programs and provide recommendations to improve performance; build and manage predictive models as needed * Manage tracking and reporting across Online Marketing and provide management reports and insights * Build automated reports and ensure accurate tracking and reporting * Collaborate with delivery team to improve data collection and web-based tracking * Assist Marketing and business units in establishing testing procedures and benchmarks for A/B testing, site upgrades, feature development, and redesigns.
