Analyzes Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs. Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create functional designs across applications. This high level functional design is used by BAs of all levels within the group as a basis for their low-level functional design. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level resource. A Senior Business Analyst is required to assist with the delivery of this program. This role will be responsible for working with the JPM Technology and Business teams as well as TCS’ interface and product architects to assist with the research/analysis, solutioning, design and documentation of the business service and interface layer to be developed and integrated with the Utility platform. This role plans, directs and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved and solutions to be developed for delivery. The role will be challenging due to the fast pace, new technologies and aggressive project timelines.
