Emphasis will be analysis,design and technical specification writing. Strong analytical and design skills mandatory. Strong skills in writing technical specifications are required. *Duties & Responsibilities:* *Performs moderately complex development tasks following SBS system development life cycle. *Duties will include analysis, *design*,* technical* specification writing, *Oracle SQL coding*, testing, and tuning. *Works with *Lead Developers*, *Data Analysis*, *DBA’s*, and end users in the specification, design, and construction, testing and implementation of publishing services. *Researches and understands the business and technical requirements for a publishing process/system, including target environment and performance criteria; suggests technical approaches to management on projects. *Qualifications:* **4-5 years* of experience in software design, development and maintenance. *Proven technical knowledge in software development and testing methodologies. *Primary emphasis will be *Oracle SQL*, tuning and testing. Require four or more years extensive experience in *Oracle database* and* SQL* including Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers.
