In order to make a thoughtful and careful selection of a long-term product
the firm will be conducting a Proof of Concept exercise with one or more
vendors so they can demonstrate the capabilities of their product in
meeting our requirements. We are seeking supplemental resources in
assisting with the management, analysis and selection of the 3rd Party
Product that we will further develop as a Product offering. *Technologies
required are .Net, SQL Server 2005/2008, Industry Standard Business
Intelligence Products, Data Warehousing/Data Mart design, Business Systems
Analysis, Project Management.*

*Required Skills:*
i. Business Analyst will support the
Product team in documenting business requirements and designing screens.
ii. He/she will be responsible for partnering
with cross functional business teams to understand client needs and will
perform analysis to uncover gaps and issues with proposed requirements.
iii. Additionally, the Business Analyst will
be *required to hold JAD sessions *to gain consensus around approach and
will present requirements to senior levels in the business and technology.
iv. 5+ years of Business Requirements
experience preferred
v. Business Requirement documentation
including experience with end-to-end traceability;
vi. Software Lifecycle/Methodology;
vii. Use Case/User Scenario development;
viii. HTML or screen design software experience
preferred;
ix. Excellent written and verbal
communications;
x. Ability to work independently and in teams
* xi. **Must have Financial Services –
Commercial Banking Preferred.*
