Job requirements in order of decreasing importance for success in the position: 1) US CITIZEN 2) Experience with Java, JBOSS, J2EE, EJB, Hibernate, Linux (2+ years of recent use, ~5000 LOC minimum). 3) Design and implementation of large Resource or Network Management Systems. 4) Design and implementation experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) 5) Experience writing design and test documents to a standard suitable for viewing by external customers.
