   - Strong programming knowledge in these related fields: Java; J2EE;
   Spring; Struts; EJB2 or EJB3; AJAX; Hibernate and other latest technologies
   - Provide technical leadership for the full SDLC of the
   release(s)/project(s) to which you are assigned
   - Design the new applications within the Target Architecture;break
   requirements down into development tasks to be completed
   - and relay these tasks to the development team.
   - Provide clear technical direction to ensure the developers understand
   the design and development tasks to be completed.
   - Help validate alternate ways of developing the application.
   Troubleshoot difficult issues. Ensure development is completed on schedule.
   - Retail Domain Knowledge would be an added advantage
   - Excellent Communication and Client Interraction Skills
