Quickly understands functional and technical aspects of software development projects and offer excellent communication skills. Experience with developing web enabled State health emergency preparedness and response applications a strong plus and/or experience developing NJ State enterprise web applications. Must have Java, J2EE, Oracle PL/SQL, design patterns. Must be a team player. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. Must provide writing samples such as Email paragraphs to something more formal.
