This includes IPflex, Voice DNA, IP Toll Free, IP Contact Center and UC. Job Description: (What will the NPW do on that project?) Participate in the architecture development, lab certification, and introduction of advanced Managed Services over AT&T IP and mobility Network Technologies. Provide technical contributions to analyze product requirement and create managed services solutions in support of AT&T customers using advanced engineering and scientific principles, available vendor’s product and technologies. Collaborates with product management, network architects, system engineers and external vendors to develop, certify, and introduce new advanced services over AT&T platforms and networks. Utilizes innovate methods in developing test requirement and define advanced services platforms for use in support of the managed services solutions. Has expert level knowledge in IP routing, LAN switching, Applications management, VOIP, Video, Unified Communications, Cloud and virtualization technologies, tools, vendors and services. Ability to translate and document marketing requiring into design and development requirement to be sued by LAB certification teams, product management and support organizations. . Drive technical and service requirement into external vendors on behalf of AT&T in support of managed services.
