Please help to fill the following requirement:- Role:- QA Tester with Handset testing Exp. Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 6 Months Job Description: • This individual will focus on Location Based Services, application-specific devices (custom devices, connected devices, M2M) and WiFi technologies. The individual anager and interfaces extensively with many functions within the business to perform the role. • Develop and execute test plans related Location Based Services, Machine to Machine, Wi-Fi, Mobile Hot Spot, and IRAT. • Contribute to the development and evolution of the processes and procedures required to integrate with multiple functional groups; • Contribute to the development and evolution of testing methodologies - execution, verification/validation, reporting (e.g. automation, centralized issue management); o Support the investigation, troubleshooting and resolution of handset/terminal issues; o Develop Acceptance Test plans for test equipments and certification criteria for test equipments. o Setup the lab test equipment according with new specifications, including the development of new test scripts Qualification: • University degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Telecommunications required. Masters Degree preferred. • Minimum four years combined experience in wireless communication technologies, roaming, and location based technologies. o LTE, UMTS, GSM, CDMA o LBS, aGPS, OTDOA, SUPL o WiFi – IEEE 802.11, WiGig, Mobile Hot Spots • MINIMUM Two years experience in wireless device operation and testing, either in the field or lab environments. •MINIMUM 2+ years experience writing technical documentation, preferably test plans/requirements/specifications. •MUST HAVE Experience with handset manufacturers, network equipment vendors, and/or chipset vendors. • MUST HAVE Experience with test equipment vendors, lab platform integration, protocol analyzer, system simulators and network emulators a plus. • No telecommuting.
