Five or more years of work experience as a senior BI business analyst / analytics architect . Solid functional knowledge of BI technologies including front-end reporting tools, ETL and backend data warehouse technologies. . Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills (written and oral) . Demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (process flow definition, data flow diagramming, etc.) . Prefer experience in Agile SCRUM methods. . Prefer experience in rapid design / visualization tools . Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT personnel . Ability to assist clients to develop project cost-benefit analysis . Ability to lead effective meetings that are tailored to the audience .
