Need candidates who can come for in-person interview
- Seasoned Test lead with Onsite - Offshore coordination expertise (Min 5
years of lead exp)
- Experience in SAP required.
- Experience in testing complex systems prefered.
- Actively involve in all stages of Testing Cycle
- Efficiently translate business requirements into effective test scenarios.
- Test Plan and Test Case Creation
- Execution of test cases with functional, regression and performance
testing
- Creation of effective and repeatable Automated Test scripts
- Work effectively with the development team to ensure all testing
activities completed on time and with expectations
- Good team player who shares knowledge and experience with team members to
build a strong testing foundation and concepts within the team
- Experience in Financial Services preferred
- Highly visible position on strategic projects
- Experienced in onsite offshore model
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Effectively manage task, time and priority
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients & team members
- Presentation skills to review test results with project team / management
- EXCELLENT communication skills
