The emphasis in their skills/experience has to be with front-end web technologies. We are looking for front-end web developers, who have experience working with ASP.Net. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as experience with graphics program such as Photoshop to slice and optimize graphics for the web. They should understand web standards (such as w3C html specifications) and cross-browser compatibility issues. They should be familiar with SEO & web optimization techniques. Preferred skills are experience with an enterprise content management system & jQuery. A candidate who have ability to hand-code HTML & DHTML/JavaScript will have a thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, & JavaScript.
