Role Senior Business Analyst Mandatory Technical Skills 1. Using iRise, Axure or other simulation tools for gathering business requirements and showing business users live prototypes - Must 2. Providing Role/Access changes to the Security Matrix for each release. 3. Preparing high level Use Case Model and keep Traceability Matrix up to date for all new functionality and business requirements. 4. Providing comprehensive use cases with alternate flows for all functional specs 5. Business Rules as well as Data Mapping should be part of every Functional Spec. 6. Interviewing our business users, setting up meetings, constructing As-Is and To Be process maps for new areas of functionality. 7. Write clear, complete functional specifications and work with business users and IM/PM to facilitate their approval.
