Person needs to be able to partner with teams that are busy on other projects to produce what is needed on this project. Person will need to quickly learn and use client's waterfall SDLC processes and forms including test metric tracking, defect tracking, etc. Manage / coordinate test deliverables between PMs, all client's application areas, several vendors and off-shore QA teams. Track and report progress of the testing to stakeholders. Will need to coordinate and validate accuracy of multiple defect logs across organizations involved in project Plan and manage risks, issues, escalate decisions and unresolved issues. Person will need to closely track tasks and escalate to the project manager and management if anything is not in green status. Person will need to partner with the PM and ensure that all the test artifacts are in place by the various groups at the proper time. Person will work with/coordinate off-shore testing resources. Person will need to coordinate a User Acceptance Test phase including managing multiple business users. Coordinate test data conditioning between several back-end systems to facilitate the testing of a web front end that is updated in both batch and real-time. Understands complex systems that include batch and real-time timing of data and processes.
