* **Job Description:*

* **·         **Strong C++ skills are required** with demonstrated ability
to resolve complex problems. *

·         *Experience working with XML/XSL frameworks are required.*

·         *Working knowledge of SQL. Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS performance
tuning and query optimization or other will be a plus.*

·         *Bachelors Degree in Computer Science is required and MSCS
preferred.*

·         *6+ yrs of software development experience in C++ and some Java
is good to have*

·         *Experience building high volume, consumer facing, web
applications.*

·         *Preferred experience developing secure transactional software
products. *

·         *Working closely with Product Management, to identify product
requirements, design solutions.*

·         *Driving high-level and detailed technical design documents, and
active participation in design reviews.*

·         *Providing technical guidance and assistance to other software
engineers.*

·         *Implementation of new features using C++ and SQL in an
Apache/Linux environment.*

·         *Maintenance and enhancement of existing features.*

·         *Employ technical expertise in helping team members overcome
technical problems.*

*·         **Participate and become actively involved in team and
companywide architecture discussions Adhere to release/project schedule and
milestones.***

 *The ideal candidate** has a strong understanding of relevant web
protocols. Commitment to highly available and platform independent software
is required.*
