Role: ERP Performance tester Location: San Francisco ,CA Duration: 6+ months Interview type: Telephonic/Skype Description: Experience in defining and executing Testing Plan and Strategy for large ERP projects – at least 5 ERP projects worked as a Testing Manager and worked on *minimum one People Soft 9.1 project as Testing Manager* 1. Ability to Define Test Scenarios/ Test Scripts for People Soft 9.1 modules: Experience in FSCM modules – Project Costing, Grants, Customer Contracts; EPM – Planning and Budgeting, and HR 2. Analyze Business processes and identify testing scenarios 3. Thorough understanding of SDLC cycle for an ERP implementation with specifics related to Testing 4. Testing techniques, methods – Regression, Performance, Black-box and White Box 5. Experience in working in a Global Delivery model including off-shore and on site 6. Experience in defining a User Acceptance Testing and Parallel Testing strategy and plan for an ERP implementation – People Soft 9.1 Preferred 7. Define and execute SIT plan for large business application implementation 8. Report daily status of Testing related tasks based on a Testing Plan 9.
